At Optech Aircon Engineers, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable HVAC services that meet our clients’ expectations. While we strive for a seamless experience, we understand that cancellations may occasionally occur. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all online bookings and payments made via our official website or authorized online platforms, covering both product purchases and service requests (repair, maintenance, installation, consulting, or project execution).

⚠️ Note: In cases where a separate written agreement or contract has been signed with Optech Aircon Engineers (for projects, AMC, or service execution), the terms of that agreement will supersede this general policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 3 days of product delivery or before service initiation.
  
  
• The request is submitted within 7 days of booking confirmation.
  
  

3. Refund Amount

• Eligible cancellations will receive a 90% refund of the booking amount.
  
  
• A 10% cancellation fee will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
  
  

4. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be sent to sales@optechaircon.com within the eligible timeframe.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
  
  
• Optech Aircon Engineers reserves the right to request relevant proof of payment or booking confirmation.
  
  

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:

• The product has already been shipped or delivered and has no manufacturing defects.
  
  
• The service (installation, repair, maintenance, or project execution) has already commenced.
  
  
• The request is raised after the 7-day window from the date of booking.
  
  

6. Policy Updates

Optech Aircon Engineers may revise this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
